AtTask’s May Release includes innovative product enhancements that will help your organization get the right work done and guarantee a foolproof implementation of AtTask.

	Introducing…Clik™ Clik is a new desktop extension of AtTask that makes managing tasks and updating status easy, so your company’s rollout of AtTask will be foolproof. In fact, anyone familiar with a “To Do” list can use Clik with zero training. Clik automatically syncs with AtTask anytime there is a network or Internet connection, so team members can manage tasks and update status anywhere, even offline.
	Drag-and-Drop Dashboards AtTask allows you to build custom dashboards with drag-and-drop functionality so it’s easy to view the information that’s important to you. And status information is updated in real time, so your dashboards are updated every time a team member updates project status. Ready-made templates make it possible to drag and drop reports or charts into your custom dashboard. AtTask’s pre-built reports and custom reports can be added to your custom dashboard. Multiple dashboards allow you to configure more than one custom dashboard to keep the business intelligence you need at your fingertips.
	Advanced Timesheets Enhanced timesheets make it easy to review and approve timesheets; and easy for team members to manage tasks and time. The enhanced timesheet, available with AtTask Professional and AtTask Enterprise, allows team members to complete tasks, add notes, and log time in the same screen. AtTask makes it easy for managers to review and approve timesheets. Before a timesheet is approved, managers can quickly view notes attached to time entries that answer questions about logged hours.
	New Timesheet-Only User License AtTask now offers a timesheet-only user license. This gives organizations best of class Time and Attendance tracking integrated with their project management. Organizations that don’t require team members to manage or update task status can enter time to specific projects when they update their timesheets, allowing managers to view project-specific time entries.
	Add Your Company’s Logo to AtTask Customizing your version of AtTask is as simple as importing a 197 x 30 pixel png, gif, or jpeg logo into AtTask through an easy-to-use browser.
	Resource Leveling AtTask makes it easy to add structure and resolve resource conflicts when building projects, so you can fully utilize all your team members and get the most out of your project teams. AtTask allows you to determine if the project you’ve created will succeed with the resources you have available. AtTask makes it possible to level resources without spending long hours making calculations and adjustments.
	Customizable Bubble Charts Customizable bubble charts allow you to view project related data in an easy-to-understand format so you can make informed decisions. AtTask’s custom bubble charts are an easy way to view project data. Roll over any bubble to see a quick project summary and click into the bubble to view project details.
	Enhanced Search and Navigation Quick Search – AtTask’s enhanced search bar makes it easy to find the project information that’s important to you. Quickly search for information on tasks, approvals, notes, status, or any project information. New Navigation – The new navigation bar also allows you to locate all your Favorites or Recent items in one place. Anytime you flag a task, issue, project, etc. as a Favorite, you can quickly navigate back through the Favorites menu, making it simple to find.
