@task enables managers to organize people into resource pools to better understand workload capacity. Managers can see where your teams are over- or under-utilized, and push "what-if" scenarios around a resource grid to ensure that you are maximizing the effectiveness of your project teams.

Capacity Planning

The Capacity Planner lets you see the impact of adding to or changing your current plan. With best-fit capacity planning, @task sorts the projects by priority and finds the earliest start date for each project with the fewest overages within the specified date range.

Quickly Assign Resources

Quickly see which team members are available to be assigned to a task according to their scheduled workload and job role. Review all team members with the same role and evaluate substitutions to optimize your utilization.

Resource Utilization Grid

The Resource Grid tool lets you see in a calendar where your team is over- or under-utilized and where each team member is allocated.
