New offices in London and Beijing position @task to take the lead in Europe and Asia with the only on-demand PPM solution offering multiple-language support in English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, and Japanese.

Abe Knell, VP of Sales, will direct efforts in Europe and Dean Wang, Country Manager, will quarterback the efforts in China. Both offices will offer full sales and technical support.

Gartner estimates the PPM market in Europe is $25 Million and the market in Asia is also growing, albeit in the early stages. @task is uniquely positioned to help organizations worldwide reduce risk, gain visibility, improve business processes, and get the right work done.

The @task interactive Gantt chart makes planning and managing your projects to completion easy and intuitive. Seamlessly import MS Project files
For departments that collaborate with teams who still use MS Project, @task allows users to import and export MS Project files, plus @task also makes it possible for teams to collaborate, and provides managers with dashboards and reports that enable them to see what’s happening across multiple projects in real-time.

From New York to Waikiki, an @task Expert will soon be available during business hours in every US time zone. Starting March 31st @task Enterprise customers can call Customer Service during the following hours:

	Monday-Thursday	4:00 am to 12:00 am MST
	Friday	4:00 am to 6:00 pm MST
	Sunday	6:00 pm to 12 am MST

Did you know expense tracking has been enhanced?

In the latest release of @task, we’ve enhanced and included a few new features that make managing project and task expenses easier.

Attaching expenses is as simple as clicking ‘Attachments’ and then ‘Manage Expenses’ on the left side menu and adding the expense. Plus, the newly enhanced ‘Billing Record’ feature of the application adds increased visibility and provides two new tabs to help you build billing records: one for ‘Billable Expenses’ and a second for ‘Fixed Revenues.’ Each tab displays a list of items that you can specifically add to your billing record and attach to tasks.

You can also categorize those expenses with customizable ‘Expense Types,’ then create and modify expense types that can be used when creating expense records on your projects and tasks. You can also create reports showing all your expenses for a project from the ‘reports’ menu.

These enhanced features increase your ability to view and manage your project finances.
