A new feature of AtTask's website is the "Project Daily" blog. Project Daily is a comprehensive look at the latest and greatest of news and events in the world of project and portfolio management. "We want to build a reputation as not only the provider of the best PPM solution available today, but also the leading provider of project and portfolio management information," said Josh Hawkins, author of Project Daily. Two new features in @task are reminder notifications and email templates.
Reminder notifications allow you to send email messages to users. These notifications can be attached to specific tasks, issues, or projects, and allow for configurable delivery times and recipients.
Added to the flexibility of customized reminder notifications, each notification utilizes email templates that allow you to determine what the content of the reminder notification email will be. The user can define all text content and formatting. Used together, reminder notifications and email templates are another way that you can notify the people you want, when you want. These features can be accessed by going to Setup>Event Notifications. |
