"@task was the only product that could meet our needs in the short term and the long term -- we are very impressed with the helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive attitude exhibited by the people at AtTask."

Welcome

Welcome to the first AtTask monthly newsletter, The @task Advantage. We are excited about this opportunity to offer you monthly @task tips, customer success stories, updates on new @task features, and more. The @task Advantage will give you information about @task events, including customer trainings and web seminars and will provide surveys, survey results, and opportunities for you to contribute thoughts, articles, success stories and information about ways to use @task. By offering new ways to learn about our software we hope that this newsletter will assist in making @task work for you.

We hope you take this advantage to learn more about the possibilities @task has for your company and look forward to hearing what you have to say about @task.

Sincerely,

Scott Johnson, CEO

The @task Advantage

There are many ways in which @task Version 4 has an advantage over its competitors. You already know, for one, that @task is the only project management software made for the entire team: organizations increase collaboration; managers spend less time tracking and more time doing; workers stay informed and get work done; executives get real-time information and make better decisions.

This alone is a great advantage, yet, with @task there's more. When it comes to planning, working, and tracking, @task's features are endless. You can customize @task to match your company's needs, processes, and look-and-feel. @task practically does all the work for you, the way you like it!

One of @task's greatest advantages is its architecture. Version 4 of @task has an entirely independent architecture. You can choose to install the software on your own system, or leave @task to be hosted ASP. Either way @task is cost effective, easy to use, and can be set up and fully functional for your company within hours. Once you get working on @task your users can access it anywhere, anytime, and in any language. @task is browser independent, platform independent, and database independent, so no matter what technology you prefer, you can still use @task. @task was also designed to work for small and large companies alike; as your company grows @task can scale to support you. But, perhaps the coolest feature of all is that @task can plug into and work with any mission-critical applications you are already using in your company whether it be human resource, material resource planning, financial programs, etc., you name it.

@task has a limitless architecture and practically limitless features. The truth is, @task simply gives you a better bottom line. @task will provide you with better information, so you can make better decision and be more successful.

Sound good? Look into it, there's more!

Medium Blue
