Agile in All Its Glory
AtTask provides a robust Agile solution that even die-hard fans can embrace, while blending it with the convenience and flexibility of enterprise work management
One Big, Happy Family
Agile? Waterfall? Hybrid? With one solution to collaborate and see each other’s work, they can finally get along
Visibility All Around
When teams, PMs and stakeholders can view each other’s work, regardless of their preferred methodology, work gets done better
Mixed Methodologies Side by Side
Your web development team loves Agile. But the infrastructure team you collaborate with needs to see the project in Waterfall. Now AtTask gives you one solution where everyone, regardless of their methodology, can get along and even collaborate on the same projects. If your web development team is using Agile to manage their projects, but your infrastructure team uses Waterfall, their hours and assignments are still synced up together in AtTask. This also makes for one comfy platform where your traditional projects, in Agile or Waterfall, can live in harmony with your inevitable ad hoc requests.
Full-Blown Agile Project Management
AtTask Agile project management brings all of the benefits of a robust Agile platform without the challenges of then trying to communicate with people on other platforms. Nestled within AtTask, you will find a fully formed iteration planning process and familiar storyboard you can slip right into and get to work. Or, if you aren’t ready to go full-bore into Agile, you can keep your other projects in whatever methodology works best for them and then adopt Agile as it make sense. They all get along in AtTask.
Unlike tools that make it hard to turn epics and big stories into manageable pieces, AtTask makes it easy to turn stories into bite-sized pieces. You can create tasks as stories or break down stories that are too cumbersome with a couple clicks. Assigning team members to stories is as easy as dragging and dropping them into the stories you want them to work on.
AtTask includes a storyboard view that any Agile fan will be familiar with. From this view, you can drag and drop team members into stories to assign them the work, color-code your story tiles, break story tiles down into manageable tasks, and look at individual tasks and who’s assigned to them. Of course, no Agile tool would be complete without columns (New, In Progress, Signoff, Complete) or the ability to drag stories from one customizable column to the next. And to make sure this is an Agile solution you can live with, AtTask also gives managers a real-time burndown chart that shows how work is progressing and which column each story is currently in.
Visibility Across Teams
Agile-only software makes it difficult to collaborate on work across all teams. Because AtTask lets IT teams, stakeholders, and project managers all work and collaborate in the same software, they can also see how each team’s work fits in the big picture. Project managers can see all project statuses in their own project view, side by side with the rest of the work being done on the project. Your Working On list continues to keep track of all your tasks from your Agile and non-Agile projects. Everyone is on the same page in real time, inside and outside of your team.
