Where is WorkOut 2011?
WorkOut 2011 will take place at The Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. You can learn more about the conference venue here.
What are the conference dates?
February 7-10, 2011, with an opportunity to join us for a bonus day on February 11th. The conference kicks off Monday, February 7th with education courses, expert stations, and concludes Thursday, February 10th with the final breakout sessions ending at noon and AtTask Education sessions concluding at 5:00 pm.
What types of tracks and sessions can I expect?
WorkOut will offer AtTask education courses and breakout sessions designed and tailored to help you maximize the value of AtTask within your organization. Education courses (split into two tracks, A & B.) will run concurrently with other conference sessions, allowing attendees to break for keynotes and meals only. Conference specific breakout sessions are organized into three tracks (Basic, Business, and Technical). Each track features a variety of formats and levels, giving attendees a chance to hear from expert users at leading companies, and pick up strategies for better managing and organizing all your work.
Do I need to bring anything to the break out sessions?
All attendees will receive a program guide, containing pages suitable for note taking. In order to get the most out of their WorkOut experience, attendees should bring an Internet ready device (laptop, Netbook, etc).
Are there additional class fees for AtTask Education courses?
Anyone who purchases a WorkOut pass can attend any of the sessions offered at the conference at no additional cost. This includes all breakout sessions, AtTask education courses (space is limited), and one-on-one consultations.
What is the registration cost of WorkOut?
The registration cost depends on the number of people you register for WorkOut 2011. The more people you register, the more you’ll be able to save.
When you register 2 or more people from the same organization, you will receive an additional

How do I register for the conference?

What is the payment policy?
WorkOut registration accepts several different payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. If you are using education credit, email the AtTask event team (workout2011@attask.com) for more details.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing at WorkOut 2011 registration headquarters before 12:00 pm (Pacific Time on Friday, January 7, 2011, will receive a full refund for fees paid. Cancellations received after 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Friday, January 7, 2011, and before 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Thursday, February 3, 2011, will receive a 50% refund for fees paid. Cancellations received after 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Thursday, February 3, 2011, will result in a forfeiture of the entire conference fee. WorkOut 2011 registration headquarters will send cancellation confirmations to the email address listed on the registration form. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of AtTask, Inc. is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you are registered but are unable to attend WorkOut 2011 and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send notification of your change via email to workout2011@attask.com no later than 12:00 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, February 3, 2011. Please be sure to include the new attendee’s name, job title, and contact information. You will receive a written confirmation from WorkOut 2011 Registration once the change has been received and processed.

What is the weather like in Salt Lake City in February?
The recommended dress for WorkOut is business casual, however, please dress warmly for any travel (i.e. from the airport to the Grand America Hotel, etc.), as the conference will be during the winter and average temperatures can range between 30-44°F.

How do I fly to Salt Lake City?
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is only 10 minutes away from The Grand America Hotel. SLC has over 700 scheduled daily flights from the facility serving more than 90 cities with non-stop flights. The airport is frequently the first in the nation for on-time performance.
Should I Rent a Car?
There is no need to rent a car to attend WorkOut 2011. There are many great and cost-effective options for ground transportation between Salt Lake City International Airport and The Grand America Hotel. Are there special hotel rates?
AtTask has negotiated a remarkable room rate in the Grand of $169 per night (plus tax and fees) to ensure our guests have the most comfortable stay possible.

Through what date can I book a hotel room with a guaranteed discounted rate?
WorkOut registration and housing will provide rooms at a discounted rate based on hotel availability until January 17th, 2011. After this date, the hotel will determine rates and availability.
What is the hotel room cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes are allowed up to 72 hours to check in. Any cancellations made inside the 72-hour window will charge one night’s room and tax.
What if I do not check in on my scheduled arrival date?
If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and can opt not to reinstate your reservation even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged the penalty of the cost of one night’s room and tax regardless of whether or not the hotel opts to reinstate your reservation.
Can I make a hotel reservation for second hotel room for family or friends traveling with me?
Yes, as long as these additional rooms are booked prior to January 17, 2011, each reservation will receive the same remarkable room rate of $169 per might (plus tax and fees).
When is the Bonus Day?
The bonus day will be on Friday, February 11, 2011.
What is included the Bonus Day?
Attendees who choose to purchase a bonus day pass ($175) will be given options to choose from the following activities:
- Skiing/Snowboarding at a world-class ski resort
- Guided Snowshoeing/Cross Country Skiing near a 2002 Olympic venue
- Guided Snowmobile Excursion in the mountains above Salt Lake City
- A Day at the Grand Spa in a private wing of The Grand America Hotel
Regardless of your chosen activity, your day will begin with breakfast and include round-trip transportation (excluding spa day, which is onsite), all the necessary rental gear, lunch and a special gift from AtTask.
How do I register for the Bonus Day?
Registration for your preferred bonus day activity can be handled here, where you can purchase a deluxe full conference pass , which includes your registration to the conference, and your bonus day pass. If you would like to add a bonus day pass to your existing registration, select the deluxe pass upgrade-add on to purchase your bonus day pass.
Will there be Internet available for attendees?
Yes, all meeting room space will be on a secured wireless network. Network login information will be given on-site. In addition, all guestrooms at the Grand America Hotel include Internet.
Whom should I contact if I have special dietary needs or allergies?
There is a section on the conference registration form for special requests. Please complete this section upon registering or email workout2011@attask.com
What is the recommended attire for the conference?
