ERIC MORGAN

Chief Executive Officer

Morgan has held Executive leadership roles in successful software and cloud companies since 1997 and has held the role of CEO for the past 10 years. After joining AtTask in 2011 as the President & CEO, the company has accelerated its growth and become one of the fastest growing enterprise SaaS companies. In addition to his strategic leadership which has focused AtTask on it’s core market opportunities, Morgan was instrumental in securing the company’s two most recent rounds of financing totaling more than $50m led by JMI Equity and Greenspring Associates. Under Eric’s tenure the company has been recognized by Deloitte Fast 500, Forbes AMPC, Utah Fast 50, MWCN Utah 100, and Utah Business’ Best Places to Work as one of the fastest growing companies and best places to work.

Morgan has extensive experience leading and building high growth enterprise technology companies. Prior to leading AtTask, he was the President & CEO of AdvancedMD, a Francisco Partners company, where he successfully grew the business at more than a 30% topline CAGR in a fiercely competitive market. After acquiring and integrating an Electronic Health Record solution into the company’s flagship Practice Management offering, his three-year tenure with AdvancedMD concluded with the sale of the business to ADP.

After spending his early career at NCR Corporation, Morgan played an instrumental leadership role during his 13-year tenure at ERP leader Lawson Software, heading up the Healthcare business unit, the company’s largest, most profitable and highest growth business.

Morgan is an active investor and board member for several early stage technology companies in the vibrant Utah market, lives in Park City and enjoys the mountain life activities it offers.

MICHAEL OLSON

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for AtTask, Mike is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of AtTask as well as the finance, accounting, planning and legal teams. Since joining AtTask in 2008, Mike has been instrumental in establishing key process, reporting and other infrastructure needs that has enabled strategic business insight and provided for optimized decision making. In addition, Mike has led multiple equity and debt financings to provide growth capital for AtTask.

Mike is a seasoned finance executive with over 17 years experience in accounting, auditing, and financial planning. Prior to AtTask, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer for inthinc and Vice President of Finance for The SCO Group (‘SCOX’) and started his career with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen. Mike has a reputation for building world-class teams and for alignment of financial and business metrics to support business strategy and vision. Utah Business Magazine also named Mike the 2010 CFO of the Year.

In Mike’s free time, he enjoys playing golf and vacationing with his family whenever a cruise ship or a theme park is involved.

Steven ZoBell

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer for AtTask, Steve leads the AtTask engineering and platform hosting and operations organizations as they develop the company’s purpose-built solutions for IT and marketing teams. He will also works closely with the AtTask product and services teams to ensure that the technology platform is evolving to meet customer and market needs.

Steve brings more than 20 years of product development, software engineering and business management experience to the AtTask Team. Prior to AtTask, Steve was the Chief Product and Technology Officer where his contributions included the launch of the AdvancedMD iPad and iPhone mobile solutions, the development of the AdvancedInsight business intelligence tools as well as working closely with the
Implementation Services teams to dramatically increase first year satisfaction of customers. Steve also previously served as the Chief Technology Officer for inContact. Some of his other accomplishments include overseeing the development of three Microsoft franchises: Amped snowboarding, Top Spin tennis, and Links golf.
During the course of his career, Steve has also been involved in the development of
more than 25 critically acclaimed, award-winning, commercial software products.


In Steve’s free time, he can be found spending time with his family where they are constantly looking for opportunities to venture to Southern Utah to go jeeping and boating or simply find an awesome beach anywhere in the world to play and relax on.

FRANK MAYLETT

EVP, Global Sales and Services

As EVP of Global Sales and Services, Frank is responsible for field operations including sales, professional services, and ongoing customer success. Since joining AtTask in 2012, Frank has reworked the entire sales approach including the message, team, operations, and energy. This rework has resulted in his team delivering a 50% year-over-year growth on substantial revenue. Frank also helped pioneer the concept of Enterprise Work Management and is a key member of the executive committee responsible for taking AtTask to unimagined success.

Frank has 20 years as a senior level sales executive in the technology industry and has a proven track record of delivering high-value revenue in both the cloud-based and traditional distribution models. Prior to joining AtTask, Frank was the Executive Vice President for inContact and was a key driver in the repositioning of inContact from a telecommunications company to the leading provider of cloud- based contact center software. Frank was also instrumental in growing and expanding the sales organization on an international level, opening offices in the Philippines and London. While at IBM, Frank led the national sales team to record sales results and consistently exceeded revenue targets growing sales 430% over 3 years. Frank also served as the Vice President of Sales for Kabira Technologies and Vice President of Worldwide Sales for ReleaseNow.

Frank has been recognize for his excellence in sales by Utah Business Magazine as the 2013 Sales and Marketing Executive of the Year, and the 2011 Stevie Award for Senior Sales Executive of the Year.

In Frank’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors or playing sports. Frank is also an avid reader and has a passion for sports cars, watches, and high-end briefcases.

BRYAN NIELSON

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Bryan leads the development of a best-in-class marketing team to create awareness and demand for AtTask’s leading work management solutions. As a leader in marketing, innovation, and strategy, Bryan is focused on delivering break-through results for AtTask and AtTask customers.

Bryan joined AtTask in 2011 as the Vice President of Product and brings more than fifteen years of experience in building and marketing SaaS solutions. Bryan has held marketing and product leadership positions at a number of technology companies, including the last six years at Microsoft, where he led the global product management and marketing teams for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to Microsoft, Bryan held a variety of product and marketing leadership roles at technology companies ranging from start-ups to large enterprises, including Cincom, divine, Synchrony, and Compaq. With on-the-ground international experience in 20+ countries, and experience launching and marketing SaaS solutions into 40+ countries, Bryan has a unique perspective of marketing on a global scale.

When not at work, Bryan enjoys actively engaging with his kids in all of their activities. Bryan is an avid golfer and is on a quest to play the top 100 golf courses in the US.

Bryan holds a bachelors degree in from the University of Cincinnati, and attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business for his MBA before dropping out halfway through so that one day he could show up in lists next to other notable college drop-outs, like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.

AUSTIN MILLER

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Austin is responsible for building a high performing, and rewarding workplace within AtTask by overseeing our people, places and compliance at an enterprise level. Since joining AtTask, Austin has a proven track record of strategic growth and culture development within an organization and has a passion for building high performing, and happy employees. Austin also sits on the executive team as a trusted advisor on strategic HR development and company maturation.
Austin has over a decade experience as a Human Resource and Talent Acquisition leader, and he specializes in creating and improving operational metrics, enhancing communication, and improving company drive toward top revenue. Prior to AtTask, Austin worked with CirclePix, Utah Valley University, SirsiDynix, and Omniture.

When Austin has free time he enjoys spending time with his three boys and beautiful wife. He also loves playing a good paintball game, reading, and watching football.

GREG PETERSON

Vice President of Corporate Development, M&A

As Vice President of Corporate Development, M&A, Greg manages strategic partnerships and technology relationships that will help AtTask achieve short-term and long-term objectives. Since joining AtTask, Greg has been vital in formalizing the company’s planned approach to strategic corporate development.

Greg brings with him over 25 years of leadership, operational, and professional investment experience. He has held executive positions at three Fortune 1000 companies and has helped to create more than $2billion in shareholder value. As an investment professional, he has a career net IRR of more than 24%. Prior to joining AtTask, Greg served as the GM for OrangeSoda, Inc, a division of Deluxe Corporation, and led to a path to profitability and subsequent acquisition by Deluxe Corporation. Greg serves as an advisor to several private equity/venture backed companies and also serves on the board of trustees for the UCR of Intermountain Healthcare.

In Greg’s free time, he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and competing as an age group Ironman Triathlete—having participated in more 50 Sprint, Olympic, and Half-Ironman triathlons. He has also participated in 5 Full Ironman distance triathlons.

GREG WRIGHT

Managing Director, EMEA

As the Managing Director of EMEA, Greg is leading the strategic operational planning and implementation of AtTask’s EMEA growth strategy. Since joining
AtTask, Greg has been instrumental in delivering record revenue to the business for EMEA, building a cross-functional culture of success, and strategically positioning AtTask as the market leader in EMEA.

Greg brings with him over 20 years of strategy development, leadership, and enterprise software experience, 8 years focusing on SaaS, with 6 of those years where he was directly responsible for business growth in Europe. Prior to joining AtTask, Greg was the Vice President of Sales, EMEA for inContact where he built the inContact EMEA business from the ground up. He was also solely responsible for managing inContact’s largest channel relationship with one of Europe’s premier communications company. Greg is also the recipient of multiple Presidents Club and various other sales awards.

In Greg’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, outside hiking, skiing, wakeboarding, and golfing. He is an avid traveler and enjoys attending Formula One races.

NATE BOWLER

General Manager, Marketing Solutions Group

As the General Manager of the Marketing Solutions Group, Nate is responsible for leading sales and go-to-market strategy for AtTask’s business unit that serves marketing and creative teams.

As one of AtTask’s co-founders, Nate previously served as AtTask’s Chief Technology Officer where he led the product, development, and operations teams. Under his leadership AtTask launched its work management SaaS platform, opened development offices in Yerevan, Armenia, and grew from a small startup to a market-leading solution provider. Prior to AtTask, Nate was a software development manager for Excite@Home developing shared hosting and e-commerce solutions.

In Nate’s free time, he enjoys the many outdoor activities living in Utah affords, and when he isn’t riding ATVs, skiing down the slopes, or chipping for birdie, he’s spending time with family or rooting for UNLV basketball.

Scott Johnson

Chairman and Founder

Scott Johnson, Chairman and Founder of AtTask is recognized as a business leader who challenges traditional management mentalities and applies out-of-the-box thinking to solve the important business problems faced by organizations today. “What I really care about is helping organizations understand and organize the work that is most important to business success,” says Johnson. “Business leaders who are able to clearly communicate objectives and efficiently organize the workplace empower their employees to maximize the value of their efforts. This concept guides everything we do at AtTask.”

A true adrenaline junky, Scott hasn’t found a sport that involves going fast with something strapped to his feet he doesn’t like. The same passion for pushing limits to achieve excellence in extreme sports helped make AtTask a fast growing company that has been instrumental in helping thousands of business leaders empower their workforce, streamline processes, and transform their businesses.

Johnson is a graduate of Brigham Young University and an acknowledged expert in project management. An engaging speaker and consultant, Johnson has been featured in such publications as CIO Magazine, Business Management Magazine, PM Network, and Business Week.

Eric Morgan

CEO

Eric joined AtTask in September 2011 and has an extensive track record in building cohesive teams around a powerful vision, exceeding established goals and creating world-class organizations. “Success as an enterprise SaaS business, more than traditional software providers, requires that we deliver value to our clients everyday if we expect to keep them as a client. This intense focus on client success is very exciting and drives us to constantly improve the value we deliver to them.” says Morgan.

Eric’s career in tech includes experiences in early-stage start-ups, high-growth businesses and publicly traded companies. In each of these roles, he has found ways to beat expectations while leading organizations through periods of high growth. The diverse lessons he learned at industry leading companies like NCR, Lawson Software and AdvancedMD have given him a unique toolset to tackle the Chief Executive role at AtTask where he says, “I have had the pleasure of working with some great companies and believe that we are poised for the greatest market potential of any I have experienced.”

A native of New Jersey, Eric has made his home in Park City, Utah since 2008. He describes Utah as “…one of the best kept secrets in the country.” In addition to enjoying Utah’s world-famous skiing, he is an avid mountain and road biker and enjoys exploring the amazing outdoor splendor that Utah has to offer.

Eric graduated from New England College in 1983.

Richard Allen

Richard Allen is a seasoned business executive with more than 25 years of experience in technology companies. Mr. Allen was the chief financial officer of J.D. Edwards (now Oracle Corporation), an enterprise application software company, from January 1990 to September 2003, and held several senior management positions and titles since joining J.D. Edwards in August 1985. Prior to joining J.D. Edwards, Mr. Allen served as controller for Luff Exploration, an oil and gas exploration and production company, from 1982 to 1985, and as a senior accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, a public accounting firm, from 1979 to 1982. He also serves on the board of directors of three privately held companies.

Mr. Allen holds a B.S. degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Colorado State. He joined the AtTask board of directors in early 2012.

Peter Arrowsmith

Peter Arrowsmith joined JMI in 1996 and is based in San Diego. He is currently a director of AtTask, Business.com, Granicus, Lytx, Recruiting.com, The Search Agency, WhiteHat Security and xMatters. Prior to joining JMI, Peter was an associate at AEA Investors and a business analyst at McKinsey & Company.

John Avirett

John is currently a Principal at Greenspring Associates, where he oversees the due diligence of fund and direct investments as well as management of the Analyst Program. Prior to joining the global venture capital investment firm, Avirett was an Associate at Zurich Financial Services. John is currently a board observer on Turn and Zulily, and is responsible for the firm’s investment in Lithium Technologies.

John graduated from John Hopkins University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics. John also studied via exchange at the University of Wollongong in Australia.

Susan Carstensen

Susan brings more than 25 years of business leadership experience to the table, most recently from RightNow Technologies (acquired in 2011 by Oracle, Inc.), where she served in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and SVP, Customer Experience. Susan also served on the Board of Directors of LiveOffice (acquired by Symantec). Prior to RightNow, Carstensen was CFO at Powerhouse Technologies, Inc., and held management positions at Martin Marietta Astronautics Group (acquired by Lockheed Martin) and Ernst & Young LLP.

Susan holds a B.A. and B.S. in Business and Political Science from Montana State University-Bozeman.

Bill Conroy

Bill Conroy is a proven technology executive with expertise in corporate strategy and operations for high growth companies. Bill was an IBM Solutions Executive in IBM’s Information Management Organization. He joined Initiate Systems as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director in July of 2002 and orchestrated the sale of the company to IBM in March of 2010. He served as the President / Chief Operating Officer and Director of Click Commerce (Nasdaq: CKCM). Prior to Click Commerce, Bill was a Venture Partner at Insight Capital Group. Prior to that he served as EVP and COO of Tenfold Corporation (Nasdaq: TENF). Bill enjoyed eleven years with Oracle Corporation where his last position was to manage operations in the central and western U.S. He began his career at IBM and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
